Praca: Country Manager – Retail Self-Service Facilities

Job description

• Identify and secure new locations in shopping centers and on the streets of Poland, specifically in Krakow and Katowice regions.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts for new store locations.
• Assess the technical requirements for each new store site.
• Oversee the construction process for new stores, managing the construction team.
• Handle operational tasks, such as hiring cleaning personnel, contracting cash collection services, and establishing security agreements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in scouting real estate opportunities.
• Solid understanding of local commercial real estate.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Project management experience, particularly in the retail sector.
• Experience in expanding a retail network, with responsibility for increasing the number of store locations.
